Hitesh Sayta
Founder Partner
Hitesh Sayta started his career in food ingredients with spices trading of spices in 1981~1982 Singapore. Gradually he diversified into pulses from Australia, China, Canada and Africa into India.
He was as a founding Director of the India Pulses & Grains Association & has in depth market knowledge of the Indian and global pulses market.
He has over 40 years of domain knowledge in the trade of food and feed ingredients.
Krishnendu Sayta
Partner
Krishnendu Sayta is a Member of the Executive Committee of the Indian Pulses & Grains Association, and a Partner at Shri Commodities. He is also an independent advisor to companies on GAFTA related matters.
Before joining the business, Krishnendu was a practicing lawyer, and was admitted to the Bar Council of India and the New York Bar. Krishnendu graduated with a BLS.LL.B. degree from Government Law College, Mumbai. Subsequently, he obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Business & Law from the Wharton School of Business. He has also completed his Company Secretary Course with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
